Dugdale Nutrition are proud to announce this employee recognition award goes to Dave Parker. Dave is based at Speke as our Maintenance Technician. He has been nominated to receive this award by our:
Logistics Project Manger - Maria Nimock for "going the extra mile to get the office at Speke up and running for me ready to move in in time for bringing back sales support and also for the home n dry (which cannot be done from home) Dave often came up and did this in his lunch time and all the little extras I asked of him"
Production Manager - Bob Sanderson because "He has taken the Speke mill from an unacceptable state of disrepair to a mill that is now more reliable and fit for purpose. He has become an accepted team member with all the staff in Speke and has earned the respect he deserves."
and Assistant Production Manager - William Floyd because "No job is to big or too small for Dave he often stays late to help with breakdowns and has on occasion came in early ,he often ferries thing form site to site for production. He has become an integral part of the Speke site and I don’t think we could cope down here without him. The level of trust that the production operators have in him is huge, to quote one operator "don’t worry Dave will sort it"
These nominations were then confirmed by Dave's line manager; Operations and Maintenance Manager - Margaret Jones and the senior management team at their latest meeting, for going above and beyond!
