We are delighted to announce that Stacey Griffin has been awarded the latest DN Employee Recognition Award.
Stacey started working at Dugdale Nutrition in April 2022 and her role was to cover the weighbridge at DN Speke and to assist the Sales Support Team. When we paused production at our Speke site to carry out essential maintenance and undertake further training, Stacey was asked if she would go up to our Clitheroe site to help in the customer collections warehouse.
After her first week, Stacey took the lead on our dog food range WuffitMix, travelling up and down at least 3 times a week. Stacey has implemented so many positive changes and procedures, whilst facing a lot of challenges along the way. She has done this with such a positive attitude and such care and attention.
Her line manager, Maria Nimock says, "During her time at DN, Stacey has worked with many people in different departments all of whom express how cheerful she is and the positive energy she brings with her.
Before joining the company Stacey had little experience of this industry and so all this was new but with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn it has proved that you can do anything you set your mind to. Thank you Stacey, it is a pleasure to be your line manager. Keep up the great work."
