If you are then an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Administrator to serve customers and maintain a high level of service, to provide administrative support to the warehouse and any other subsidiaries of Dugdale Nutrition. Liaise with Departments across the Company. This is a part-time contract 20 hours (Mon - Fri).

Your responsibilities…
​

Reporting to the Administration and Project Manager, your duties will include but not limited to;

​

  • Serve customers in the retail warehouse

  • Daily despatch of all orders

  • Process of stock transfers

  • Input orders on the in-house system

  • Answer telephone calls

  • Input order for delivery onto the haulier system

  • Ensure all orders are checked for stock and against the delivery schedule before handing over to driver to plan

  • Ensure the smooth flow of all administrative paperwork for goods in and orders out

  • Assist with stock counts

  • Liaise with other departments as required

  • Work Saturdays on a seasonal rota

Essential:

​

  • Excellent time keeping

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to high health & safety standards

  • Self-motivation and ability to think fast on your feet

  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

  • A positive attitude to work, continued learning and development

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Desirable:

​

  • Warehouse experience preferred but not essential

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills

​
