If you are then an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Weighbridge & Sales Support Administrator to join a leading FMCG/Animal Feed manufacturing business. You will work a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday (09.30 hrs to 18.00 hrs). You will also be part of a Saturday rota system where you will work 1 Saturday in 4.

Your responsibilities…

Reporting to the Project and Logistics Manager, your duties will include but not limited to;


  • Weighbridge

  • To book in all raw materials into Speke Mill

  • To despatch on the ERP System and file all paperwork for Raw materials and ensure this is done on the day of receipt.

  • To update raw material sheet on data file. To chase any ETA’s for the production team at Speke.

  • To ensure all next day deliveries are printed out and attached to the clipboards for the drivers to collect paperwork.

  • To book in collections using timeslot allocation


Sales Support:

  • To provide support on the phone lines for Sales Support

  • To put customer orders onto the ERP system

  • To input order onto the Palletline systems and ensure all paperwork is send down the transport office ready for collection.

  • To help with order scheduling

  • To provide holiday cover


Person Specification…


  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels

  • To be pro active

  • Good Geographic knowledge of the UK

  • To actively engage with company systems
