If you are then an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Weighbridge and Sales Support Administrator to join a leading Animal Feed manufacturing business working a 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (10.00hrs to 18.00hrs). You will also be part of a Saturday rota system where you will work 1 Saturday in 6.

Your responsibilities…

Reporting to the Project and Logistics Manager, your duties will include but not limited to;

 

Weighbridge: 

  • Book all raw materials into Speke Mill

  • Despatch on our internal ERP System and file all raw material paperwork on the day of receipt

  • Make sure that all data recorded in the raw material spreadsheet is updated in a timely manner and accurate.

  • Chase estimated time of arrivals on deliveries for the Production Team at Speke.

  • Ensure next day deliveries are printed out and that all paperwork has been prepared ready for drivers to collect.

  • Book in collections using our timeslot allocation system

 

Sales Support:

  • Provide telephone support for the  Sales Support Team

  • Input customer orders using our internal ERP system

  • Input orders onto external haulier systems and ensure all paperwork is sent down to the transport office ready for collection

  • Assist with order scheduling

  • Provide holiday cover

 

Person Specification…

Essential:

 

  • Must have great attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels

  • Be pro active

  • Good Geographic knowledge of the UK

  • To actively engage with company systems

  • Experience in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment to high health & safety standards.

  • Excellent timekeeping.

  • Self-motivation and ability to think fast on your feet
