DO NOT leave your home if you have any Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms...

During this unprecedented time, you may find you are overwhelmed with new procedures, advice and information. We wanted to reiterate to both customers and employees, how important it is to stay at home if you are showing Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms.



Do not leave your home if you or someone you live with have either:


  • a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)

  • a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)


Be aware, other symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) include:


  • Aches and pains

  • Nasal congestion

  • Runny nose

  • Sore throat

  • Diarrhea

  • Loss of smell

  • Loss of taste


To protect others, do not go to places like a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Stay at home and use the 111 Online Coronavirus Service to find out what to do.



If you are close to or have run out of feed and are showing Coronavirus Symptoms or are Self-Isolating, we can help! Please do not come onto the premises. Call us on 01200 420234 and we will arrange a local delivery to a safe place.


Basic protective measures against Coronavirus are:


  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand rub

  • Maintain social distancing

  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth

  • Practice respiratory hygiene - covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately.

  • If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early

  • Stay informed and follow advice given by your healthcare provider
