During our March management meeting, the Directors and Senior Management team unanimously voted for our three Sales Interns - Michaela Riley, Rebecca Elliot and Victoria Clayton - to receive the employee recognition award.
All three ladies on the intern programme have continuously gone above and beyond since joining the company, they are all extremely hard working and focused on their goals. Not only have they been learning about the business, about ruminant nutrition, and the sales process, they have helped out under-staffed departments to a very high standard, doing so with interest and with a smile on their face. Their positive attitude and helpful nature has been invaluable during one of our busiest times of year.

We began our internship programme in 2023 in order to help people of any age, who want a job in agriculture, grow and develop whilst getting real-world experience. We achieve this by getting the successful applicants to work closely with our experienced sales professionals and technical department, providing training and mentorship, whilst offering a flexible schedule to accommodate work, life and studies.
Our comprehensive, structured training programme ensures that our sales interns develop the knowledge, technical ability and sales skills required to be successful. We blend in-house training with access to some of the leading suppliers of ruminant nutrition and knowledge. Once our interns have spent time in each department, they then go on to support our retail sales team, visiting customers, and providing technical services such as grass sampling, silage analysis and soil sampling.
May we take this opportunity to thank Becky, Michaela and Tori for their hard work and dedication to Dugdale Nutrition. We are delighted to be supporting and assisting you in your development, and look forward to watching you go far within our industry.
