We are delighted to announce that our HR Co-Ordinator, Chloe McDermott, has received our latest employee recognition award.
The growth of the business over recent years has seen a much greater need for a HR Department and this work involves addressing issues raised by current employees and new-hires, organising and scheduling orientations, and coordinating other HR functions, such as training and development.
Chloe has risen to the challenge, ensuring matters are dealt with efficiently and professionally. Her warm and friendly nature, mean that Chloe is a very well liked, valued and respected part of the DN Team.
