If you are then an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Administrator to join a leading Animal Feed manufacturing business working a 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (seasonal Saturday working will be required).

Your responsibilities…
Reporting to the Logistics and Project Manager, your duties will include but not limited to;
Key Tasks and Responsibilities - WuffitMix

Ensure the online website is updated
-
Process all customer orders from the website and emails
-
To process all orders and input onto the gold system
-
Maintain paperwork from all orders and filed correctly
-
To maintain the stock levels and check off deliveries
-
Maintain stock level spreadsheets on a weekly basis
-
On hand in store, via email and telephone to give out advice to customers
Key Tasks and Responsibilities – Warehouse Administration

To Maintain a high standard of customer service
-
Place orders from emails, and telephone calls on the system for OM feed
-
Arrange transport with Hauliers to ensure the best costs and service for the company and customers
-
Control the shared email box Bag orders and monitor all incoming and outgoing emails and place orders from there onto the gold system.

Deal with invoice queries from the account department
-
assist Sales support colleagues with invoice and despatch queries
-
To maintain the Purchase order spreadsheet for stock into the warehouse
-
Gradually become aware of the trends in ordering to provide information for production
-
Create a working relationship with the sales team and customers to provide a proactive approach to the ordering process
-
Log and investigate all complaints in a timely manner
-
Provide cover during absence or holiday periods

Essential:

Excellent time keeping

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to high health & safety standards

Self-motivation and ability to think fast on your feet

Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

A positive attitude to work, continued learning and development

Confidence with IT systems
Desirable:

Warehouse experience preferred but not essential
-
Good literacy and numeracy skills
