If you are then an excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled part time Receptionist to join a leading FMCG/Animal Feed manufacturing business. You will work a 30-hour week, 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs, Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities…
​

Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include but not limited to;

 

  • Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance

  • Meet, greet and control visitors to site

  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct colleagues.

  • Management of franking machine and general post

  • Monitor and distribute incoming emails from general enquiries

  • Carry out weekly test on fire alarm system

  • Maintain and control fire register for visitors on site

  • General office administration supporting the senior management team.

  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and meeting rooms

  • Keeping basic office supplies and PPE stocked

  • Manage and administer the company car booking process including allocation and retrieval of keys, relevant paperwork and escalation of any concerns

  • Order and maintain appropriate level of cleaning/catering supplies for both sites

  • General housekeeping of the reception and main office area

  • Other adhoc tasks as requested by the senior management team.

Person Specification…
​

Essential:

​​

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role

  • Strong communicator

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • A proactive approach to problem solving

  • Have a positive and "can do" attitude

  • Be computer literate

  • Familiar with Word, Excel and outlook

  • Clean UK driving licence

​
